Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Bond Focused Cleaning Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds for bond cleaning services, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring your property meets the standards required for a successful bond return.

If for any reason your property manager or landlord is not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, simply notify us within 72 hours of the service. We will return to the property promptly and rectify any reasonable issues at no extra cost.

Important Notes:

  • Re-cleans must be based on an official inspection report or feedback from the agent/landlord.

  • The property must remain vacant and in the same condition as when our team completed the clean.

  • We do not provide refunds once the service has been completed, but we are happy to return and resolve any concerns within the agreed timeframe.

Our goal is to help you get your full bond back — and we’ll go the extra mile to make that happen.
